Will user files be uploaded?
No. Image, video and audio files are read and processed in the current browser and are not sent to The Browser AI servers. After closing or refreshing the page, the local preview and result links created by the page will become invalid.
What will the page download?
Video compression may download FFmpeg Core from CDN; audio conversion to text may download Transformers.js running files and Whisper models; image compression will load the browser-side image codec module. These requests are for running tools and do not include user files.
Browser permissions and cache
The recording feature only accesses the microphone with user authorization. Browsers may cache model and program resources to shorten subsequent waiting times; users can clear cache and site permissions through browser settings.
